Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the trinity, sent by God to convict and regenerate sinners, as well as to indwell, seal, guide, instruct, comfort, and empower believers for Godly living and service.

We believe that the Holy Spirit gives each believer a minimum of one and at times more gifts to be used for God’s glory and the edification of the church.

We believe that the gift of tongues was used in the New Testament as a sign for unbelieving Jews. We do not believe that this sign is needed today. We do, however, believe that the Holy Spirit can help some hear an unknown tongue to them in their own language.
